Terms and Conditions

I.  PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
All products and services require full payment upon placement of orders.   All payments should be deposited to our account thru wire transfer.  Payment may be made thru wire transfer facilities.  On the average, electronic transfers take at least 7 days to clear.  We will send you confirmation as soon as the transfer has been cleared by our local bank.  Bank details are as follows:

II.  REPLACEMENT POLICY


CUSTOM HAIRPIECES
The European Hair Factory, Inc., will manufacture the orders based on the provided specifications.  Due to the unique characteristics of each custom hairpiece, there are no returns or replacements on custom made products unless the items prove to have a factory defect. Communication is open for questions and concerns that you might have regarding your orders.  This prevents the possibility of having to make replacements. 


TO RETURN AN ITEM
We exert all efforts to ensure the success of our clients and the complete satisfaction of the end-users of our products.  This includes rigid and strict quality checking of all the materials that we use as well as the products that we manufacture.  We are confident that we will meet our clients’ exact requirements.  If you believe that the item you received has a factory defect, you must call or e-mail us so we could address it promptly.  Please send it back to us as ASAP. 


The European Hair Factory, Inc., reserves the right to determine the defect.  If we conclude that the item indeed has a factory defect, the item will be replaced or repaired at no charge.  If necessary, the European Hair Factory, Inc., will pay the freight charges to send the item back to you.  If we conclude that the item is not defective, we will return the item to you and charge the cost of freight.


PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE REPLACEMENT PERMITTED ON ANY ONE ITEM ORDERED - NO REFUNDS.


III.  CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
We will only accept cancellation of an order if we are informed thru phone or e-mail within 7 days upon receipt of order.  If cancellation is done beyond 7 days, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total price will be deducted from whatever payment has been made.

IV.  PRICE AND POLICY CHANGES

All prices and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

V.  SHIPPING CHARGES

We do not recommend regular postal service due to heavy delays.  UPS, DHL, and FedEx all have representations in the country, and have proven themselves to be reliable.  Please inform us of your preference.  The client will pay freight charges for the shipment of the orders.  For money transfer purposes, we will provide you a rough estimate of the shipment charges of your orders.  Please be reminded that higher charges may be incurred with increased shipping weight and value of the item(s) purchased, and the location of the delivery destination.  The actual shipment charges will be reflected in the invoice and shall be paid by the client upon receipt of the orders.   You also have the option to pay freight collect, meaning, you will pay the shipment charges thru your local freight forwarding company before you can claim the package. 

IMPORTANT!  Please provide us with complete and accurate shipment information (recipient, address, zip code, phone numbers, etc).  Incorrect shipping information will cost you because we are being charged by the shipping company to re-route the package to your correct address, and we will have to pass the charges on to you.

We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or mis-delivered orders due to customer error or carrier delivery error. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier.

If an order is refused on delivery with no prior advice to us, our replacement policy will apply. No refunds will be given on refused packages.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Please be aware that for shipments to locations outside of the Philippines, you may be charged additional taxes on that item on top of what you paid us for that item. Each country has its own customs fees and/or VAT taxes on items coming in from outside that country.  Shipments to destinations outside the Philippines may be held in customs for a period of time.  We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to articles held for customs inspections.
