Order Form

     A standard order form is available as a .jpg download from our website or as a hard copy upon your request.  This order form typically contains the detailed information needed to facilitate your orders.

     Please send us an individual tape or cast pattern and hair samples per area (for custom made orders).

Human Hair Color Ring

    The human hair ring contains the basic colors we have on stock.  Colors may vary for different orders, as we cannot guarantee a consistent shade due to the nature of the material. 

Color Ring for Fibers

     For your orders, color rings for Modacryl and Betex® fibers are available.  These will serve as color reference as we match your requirements 100% in our blending section.

Custom Made Blends

     You may send us hair samples per area for custom blend colors.

Density Guide / Curl Guide

     For your orders, density and curl guides are available for different materials and fibers used in production for your reference and for a common understanding. 

    For the density guide, we display single hair and multiple hair knotting techniques, ways of knotting, and the appearance of standard areas such as crown, parting, break, whirls, top of the head, temple, side, and back areas.

     Curl guides will give you an idea of the different curl sizes.

Communications

     We usually communicate by email to facilitate your requests and orders as soon as possible.  Please send us a picture of your client.  This is an essential part of the production process.  This will enable our production team to visualize the client.  This will also provide a better understanding of the product that will best suit your client’s needs. 

Database

     We maintain a special web based secured server for our clients where we run our custom made production software.  You will have personal access to your order data 24/7 to check the status of your orders which is updated on a daily basis. 
           
Shipments

     We do not recommend regular postal service due to heavy delays.  UPS, DHL, and FedEx all have representations in the country, and have proven themselves to be reliable.  To keep shipment costs at a minimum, we suggest at least 10 units combined in a shipment.
