Production Flow

PATTERN PREPARATION

     Upon receiving your order through a freight forwarder, fax, or email, the order processing department will prepare all necessary data for the production worksheet.  Patterns you have sent are duplicated.

MOULD PREPARATION

     Moulds are individually prepared and contoured based on the duplicated pattern.

CAP MAKING

     Materials for cap making are fitted into the mold according to the model that you ordered.  After the molding and drying process, the caps are ready for knotting.

BLENDING

Human hair or synthetic fibers are blended per area to match your requested hair color.

WICS

    After duplicating the pattern, materials and ins tructions are prepared to facilitate production. 

KNOTTING

     Caps and fibers are turned over to the knotting section.

FINISHING

     Hair styling and hair length cutting is done in the finishing section. 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Each production step undergoes quality checking.  The QA Section ensures that the specifications indicated in the worksheet are meticulously met.  

PACKING and SHIPPING

The units that you ordered are carefully packed to ensure quality all throughout.  The package is shipped with the help of your preferred freight forwarding company.
