     Established in 1873, Bergmann GmbH & Co. KG of Laupheim, Germany has become one of the largest manufacturers of mens’ toupees, ladies’ wigs, hair extensions, hair accessories for the musical, movie, and TV industry, as well as a leading provider of training and educational systems for the school market. Being a family business for the past 130plus years, the 5th generation is dedicated to professionally advance and improve the products supplied to clients all over the world.

     Backed up by the established Research and Development Laboratories of our mother company Bergmann GmbH & Co. KG in Germany, the European Hair Factory, Inc., is continually updating and improving techniques, products, and production technologies.  Majority of our product range has been developed through the shared resources of the European Hair Factory, Inc., and Bergmann.

     Being a family business, we started producing in Manila in the early 1980’s, being among the ones pioneering the industry in the country.  Most of our employees work for us since then or are being followed by their own family members into the job.  This huge social responsibility, the skills of our staff, and the friendly personalities of the Filipino people make us feel at home and are the basis of our solid, decade long business in the country.  English, being the official language, makes customer relations management and corporate communication easy.  These, among other reasons, made us base our production facilities in the Philippines, unlike other manufacturers and wholesalers located in Mainland, China.
